Airbnb Management Service isn’t just a “Service” with HostTonight; it’s a full experience for Airbnb Guests that enables you, the Host, to completely relax as HostTonight does it all for you.
HostTonight was started by a group of Airbnb Hosts who traveled a lot and didn’t always have time to take care of their Guests.
This is how our story begins:
Daniel, traveling for work yet again between Bogotá and New York, looked at himself in the mirror. Seeing his unshaven face and wrinkled shirt, he realized that managing his short-term rentals, on top of his 9-5 job and everything else that life threw at him, was way too much for him to handle.
Daniel had been using all of his owed favors with friends and family members, asking them to help take care of his Guests, do key exchanges, set up cleaning services, and even communicate with Guests on his behalf - even the "stupid questions" every Host gets from time to time. However, he still missed a few here and there, or failed to provide a good experience for guests that he did manage to Host. Airbnb warned him that they would take down his listing if he didn't step up his Host game.
He was watching his Superhost status slip away.
Daniel, inspired, said to himself, "This needs to change NOW!"
Calling together the same friends and family, Daniel decided to professionalize the short-term rental management work that everyone had already been doing - and HostTonight was born.
Everyone needs a little help from family and friends to get by. Even the Beatles knew that.
Let our family help yours, so you can focus on the rest of your life.
Smile easier; we HostTonight.
